Cafe Pispalan brunssi, Tampere
Cafe Pispala has offered a popular weekend brunch in Tampere since 2014. The restaurant's breakfast-brunch has even been chosen several times as the best in Tampere. "Breakfast" (Aamiainen) is a bit of a misleading word because the service runs until the late afternoon.
Brunch is always served directly to the table. The menu is put together from different options, details of which can be found above. Cafe Pispala's lunch and dinner menu changes weekly, so the brunch menu also gets small changes from time to time.
The brunch is well-known for the pancakes, which are prepared in the American style. The idea is that the pancakes are soft, fluffy, and succulent. Pancakes are also available as gluten-free and vegan options.
Cafe Pispala's guiding idea is to prepare the majority of products in-house and on-site. We do not, therefore, have a buffet, but the food is fresh and brought to the tables served. Ingredients are sought to be selected from local products if possible.
Brunch Tampere
Tampere's breakfast offerings have developed considerably in recent years, and Saturday brunch and Sunday brunch are especially popular. Competition is tough, and that is why Cafe Pispala wants to serve its customers as well as possible, both in terms of food and service.
This commitment to service led to the development of our offerings to include vegan pancakes and gluten-free pancakes.
Other customer requests and feedback have also been considered, but always with flavor and quality as the priority.
Even though it is a breakfast/brunch service, the goal is for it to be flavorful, high-quality, and memorable.
